Another Indian top 10 Bollywood movie is Mughal-e Azam which implies the Greatest of the Mughals in English, this is a 1960 Indian movie directed by K. Asif and produced by Shapoorji Pallonji. It centres around Anarkali, a dancing girl in the court of the great 16th-century Mughal Emperor Akbar. It’s also considered a classic and one of the best Indian movies of all times. This movie actually took 15 years to complete. It was the first highest grossing film until Sholay was made. This is a top selling movie that was directed by Shyam Benegal and released in 1974. The movie is based on a true story that took place back in the 1950s in Hyderbad.
